Payments

We accept Credit Card and Bank Transfer payments.

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Payment must be completed at the time of order confirmation.

Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 working days.

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and destination and will be shown at checkout.

TT Model Cars is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays during shipping. We are not obliged to compensate for damages during shipping but will consider each case on a case-by-case basis

Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

All items are securely packed to reduce the risk of damage.

Overseas shipping is currently being integrated. For shipping quotes outside Singapore, please contact us at shop.ttmodelcars.com.

Pre-Orders and Product Availability

Estimated release dates are provided by the manufacturer. TT Model Cars is not responsible for delays. For updates, please contact us.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will only be processed once all items are ready to ship.

Pre-order items must be paid in full and collected within 3 days of notification. Deposits may be forfeited if not collected on time.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to change of mind.

If a refund is applicable, a store credit voucher will be issued.

Privacy

By submitting your personal information to TT Model Cars, you consent to its collection, use, and disclosure as described in this policy.

Information collected may include your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, and payment details.

TT Model Cars does not store credit card information nor share financial details with third parties.
